We agree to keep all client information and project details confidential, except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. This includes business strategies, login credentials, and proprietary information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendly Marketing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
